The focus of the new concept is on Functional fitness that uses the body holistically and effectively. In addition to the members is a fully equipped free weight-, strength- and cardio area. Following the American model certified personal trainers are available optionally at the High5 clubs.

From a starting price of 9.90 EUR per month, members can exercise at High5. The contract model also offers a variety of choices: Customers can choose between a term of three, six, twelve or 24 months and decide for themselves whether they use only their local club, or would like to have access to all High5 clubs.

The "Complete package option" provides in addition the possibility that members can bring a friend of their choice with them to each workout for free for 19.90 EUR per month. Beyond that, members who opt for this option are allowed to work in all over 220 McFIT clubs throughout Europe.
